These terms are an agreement between you and BillDada. By creating an account or using the app you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.
1. What BillDada is
A tool to make bills, track stock, expenses and customer dues, and prepare reports. It is a record-keeping aid, not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice.
2. Your responsibility for bills and GST
You decide your prices, tax rates, HSN codes and what is printed on a bill. The GST summary and other reports are help for you and your CA. They are not a return, may need correction, and you must check them. You are responsible for following GST and the other laws that apply to your shop.
3. Your account
Give correct details and keep your password and Owner PIN safe. Anyone who has them can see and change your shop’s data. You are responsible for everything done with your account and phone. Tell us if you think someone else has got in.
4. Your data
Your shop data belongs to you. You allow us to store, copy and process it only to run the app for you, as the Privacy Policy explains. You are responsible for having the right to enter your customers’ and suppliers’ details. You can export your data and delete your account any time.
5. Using the app properly
Do not misuse the app or our servers, try to get into other accounts, overload the service, copy or reverse-engineer the app, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close an account that does.
6. Availability and backups
The app works without internet, but backup, sync and restoring on a new phone need it. We try to keep the service running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Back up important records, for example with More › Backup and export.
7. No warranty, limit of liability
The app is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, BillDada is not liable for lost profit, lost data, a wrong bill or a tax penalty that comes from using the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the app in the last 12 months (nothing, if you paid nothing).
8. Fees
Any paid plan will be shown clearly in the app before you are charged.
9. Ending
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may stop the service or an account, with notice where we can, or at once for misuse.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The new version will appear in the app with a new date. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept it.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India will decide any dispute that cannot be settled by talking.
